1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

You can really notice her hair lightening up. What a funny girl! She wants to play the piano like her mother.

Isabelle - Four Months Old

This is such a fun age!
Isabelle is such a joy.

Isabelle - Three Months Old

Isabelle's personality really started to show at three months.

Isabelle - Two Months Old

Isabelle - One Month Old

This is Isabelle with her mommy, Erin. I think that these photos are so precious. A mother's love is so important in a child's life. God created women with a nurturing and loving spirit. I hope that Erin and Isabelle will treasure eachother always and never forget that God loves them.

Isabelle - The First Month

Isabelle was born on November 2, 2005. It is hard to believe how fast she has grown.

These photos were taken in her first month. We made a Christmas card out of the second one. Erin and I did these together. It was a lot of fun and Isabelle didn't seem to care at all:)

Isabelle Arrives - Birth

Isabelle is my first grandchild. I didn't know that being a grandmother was such a beautiful thing! She is now 18 months old and my favorite person to photograph and scrap book. I've decided to share some of the scrap book I have been creating of Isabelle. I love her so much!

These two pages are of her birth. It meant a lot to me to be there with my daughter, Erin, and Isabelle. They are two very special people.

Finance Committee Presentation

Last night, I did a powerpoint presentation at the City of Gresham's Finance Committee Meeting. It was about Merchant Card Services. The presentation took approximately 30 minutes and was followed by a 20 minute discussion period. My boss was there and our boss was there and so was an attorney from the legal department. So I didn't do it alone. Thank goodness!

I was incredibly nervous - before and during. I don't have a lot of experience in this area. Anyways, I asked several people to pray for me and they did. I was also blessed with others that encouraged me throughout the process. I am blessed - I am fortunate! Thank you Jesus for blessing my life with these precious people. They are jewels.

Anyways, we received some good feedback from the Finance Committee members and two City Councilors. My boss and our boss were pleased with the results. It was a success!

Yeah!!

What a Cute Chicken!

Isn't this little guy just darling! His name is Nathanial and he has the sweetest nature. I need to edit and print his photos. I couldn't work on his until I completed the senior photos. I'll share more of his when I am done.

Senior Photos - Heather

I started this blog so that I could share photos and scrapbook pages that I have been working on. I recently did a "senior" photo shoot for a lovely young woman. She definitely isn't a frilly type girl and really isn't aware of her feminine side (yet). Her name is Heather. I liked her. I'm including a couple of her photos.

Road to Recovery

I finally went to the doctor and am taking some antibiotics. Best of all - they are helping and I am starting to feel better. Thank you Lord!

Regan and I spent some time in Albany this weekend at the Annual Corvair Econorun. It was very low key for me as I wasn't feeling so good. We did do a driving tour of all of the covered bridges. The weather was perfect for this. We put all of our raffle tickets in one bucket. We really wanted the child's crayola table and stools. As luck would have it - we won it! Isabelle digs it and it is just her size. It was a good time.

Regan left for Boston today. It is a business trip but I still hope that he has a good time. The weather is expected to be about 68 degrees all week. If he can get away he wants to tour the USS Constitution. That should be fun! Please keep him in your prayers as he travels away from home.

Talk to you soon!

Another Cold - This Sucks!

Regan and I feel like we just got over the plague (three weeks of cold AND flu symptoms). It totally wiped us out and NOW we have colds. Needless to say, we've been grumping up at each other and complaining about our colds (of course!).

Even with the cold, I did have a lovely Mother's Day weekend. I got to see both my kids and my grandaughter. What a blessing.

My niece, nephew and their families spent Friday and Saturday with us. It was good to see them. Casey brought her little baby Aiden. He has a lot of energy and loves everyone - very sweet. Richie brought his girlfriend, Cambry, with him. Sunday morning before they headed out of town Casey and I hung out in our PJ's and watched chick flicks - how fun is that! It was very nice to see all of them.

Erin and Nathan planned a BBQ for Saturday. It was Regan's birthday. They did a great job and did all of the work. It was meant for Regan but I was blessed too (did I mention that they did everything:).

My mother came to the BBQ so I was able to wish her a happy Mother's Day. On Sunday we went to Regan's parents house and out to eat. It was very peaceful. Regan's mom cracked me up. She hits the TV with a mallet to get a full picture. It really struck a funny chord with me. I guess you had to be there - hilarious I tell you.

Lord bless you guys - talk to you soon,
Ritha

For Kristine & Michele

Thank you so much for blessing me! I did it. I know that I didn't meet your expectation of 10 p.m. I'm just a little late;)

Lord bless you - you make the world a better place.
